I was once you. The lifter who trained hard and got nowhere.
I tried the bulks, the cuts, more sets, more exercises, every split going. You name it, I tried it. When nothing worked, I assumed the problem was me.
It wasn't. I was training hard, just not with purpose. I was guessing my way through it, without understanding how to train for my own body.
That's what led me to study Sports, Exercise and Health Science at university, finally learning how to actually drive progress. Then I got myself a coach, and understood what it felt like to follow a plan built for me.
Since then, I've spent 10,000+ hours coaching people face to face, refining my craft: proper execution, smart structure, and fuelling performance.
That's what underpins my coaching today. I don't just look at numbers on a spreadsheet. I analyse how you actually train, address what's holding you back, and build a plan around you.
My goal isn't to hand you another generic programme, or tell you to work harder. It's to make sure your process finally matches the effort you're already putting in, so you start seeing the progress you've been chasing.
